The effort she puts into her display areas and fashion show stage were brilliant examples of her creative ability-all accomplished with very little lead time. Molly’s ability to also step in and assist in decorating the Fashion Show stage with just a few hours notice (an opportunity that was dropped by another florist) is another tribute to her creativity and flexibility. Molly will do whatever is necessary to complete the task at hand –with dedication, professionalism and timeliness. It was wonderful to work with you on the Czaporowski/Pekala Wedding that I hosted here at the Hyatt! I had not yet heard of your company when Lauren and Mike let me know that you were their florist, and I can say that I was very impressed not only by the arrangements and decor you provided but by your work ethic. When I have worked with other vendors, I have found that they can be rude and just want to get in and out to get their part of the wedding done. But not you! From the moment you and your colleagues walked in the door you were all so pleasant and professional. You stayed until the bride and groom arrived from the ceremony to make sure that everything was exactly as you had discussed, and I could tell that it was important for you to see that they were happy with the final product.
I loved that you spent so much time getting to know Lauren and Mike, to really make sure that what you created exhibited not only their unique personalities, but what they pictured their wedding day to be. Your creativity was certainly displayed in the beautiful iron trees you created, and the fact that you were able to incorporate carved pumpkins into their fall theme without making them look kitschy was amazing! The floral you used was so fresh and they way you put the centerpieces together was simply gorgeous.

I have known Molly Shea for nearly 10 years. We met when we both volunteered for fundraisers at our children’s school. Molly quickly became known as the “go to” person for anything that required a creative touch. Her natural artistic ability combined with her years of experience at Cityscapes and her infectious enthusiasm has created a talent that is truly amazing.
Molly’s creativity is expansive. I have seen Molly transform a stage into a floral garden for a prom fashion show. Her silk arrangements are among the most desirable items at fund raisers. She converted a school cafeteria into a French bistro using only materials purchased at Building 19. She turned an abandoned patio into lovely lunch spot with scenic murals, picnic tables and umbrellas. Her floral arrangements have graced many events in Walpole.
More important than her talent, is Molly’s enthusiasm for any project that she undertakes. Her creative mind can rapidly envision a beautiful design, but she also has the drive and skills to complete projects no matter what obstacles may arise. She has the ability to truly listen to a client and understand what is desired. She has the ability to come up with traditional and even more modern solutions to beautify any event.
Lastly, I believe Molly has the business acumen to be very successful in this endeavor. She has delivered her services at weddings and other events, and knows what it takes to provide these services. Her experience at Cityscapes has given her the business contacts and the knowledge required to operate a floral business. She knows suppliers, has pleased high profile clients, and understands what type of personnel can be hired to increase productivity and profitability.

Hi Molly! I am glad to write a letter.
To Whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter in support of Molly Shea in obtaining a floral design business here in Walpole. I have known Molly for many years and can surely attest to her passion for floral design, and her fabulous creativity in event decor. Having served on the as the decorating committee in 2007, and chairperson in 2008 for the Johnson Middle School graduation dance, I personally witnessed Molly absolutely transform the drab Johnson Middle School cafeteria into an absolutely beautiful venue for the kids to have their dance. In 2007, she artfully made the cafeteria into a sort of " Paris cafe", with gorgeous lighting, draping, checkered tablecloths and of course, flowers and balloons. The children came home raving about how beautiful and unrecognizable the cafeteria looked! I immediately asked for her help again in 2008 when we she volunteered her time and effort for the next year also, to help create a "Night of the Stars" movie theme, with a red carpet entry, and glistening trees, lit with Christmas lights throughout the cafeteria. Once again, Molly worked her magic and the room was transformed!
I have also seen much of Molly's work, through her portfolio shots of weddings and events in which she has designed the floral arrangements and/or provided the event decor, or corporate Christmas decor. Her taste and flair is exceptional! I would be completely supportive and excited for her open a floral shop here in Walpole! As a mother of four high school daughters, my thoughts would immediately turn to her for future proms, special occasions, weddings etc. , and I know so many others who would patronize her shop as well.
Her well deserved reputation precedes her! A floral shop owned by Molly would be a great asset to our community!

Molly Shea is so intuitive and creative that all I had to do was pick a flower and she had fabulous image conveyed to me instantly.
